5 simple ways to watch your weight!

1. Dont eat anything after 8pm when your metabolism has started to slow down.

2. Cut out all sodas and carbonated drinks. They contain alot of sugar which makes fat!

3. NO FRIED FOODS! <— Self explanatory!

4. Stay away from fast food at ALL costs. Fast food is processed and is pure fat and cholesterol.

5. Eat 4 small meals a day rather that 2 or 3 large ones with snacks in between. Only eat when your really hungry..not just because it tastes good 🙂
